What changed in providers' prices, coverage and our data. A script flags when a provider's pages change; we check each change by hand before it lands here.

  1. — Light mode

    Light mode: follows your device; switch with the sun/moon button. No provider data changed.

  2. — Newsletter signup is open

    The monthly "What changed in football data" newsletter is live. Sign up with the beehiiv form, or on beehiiv directly if the form doesn't load. FootballAnt's odds note ("odds analysis on site") describes its website, not its API, so it no longer counts as odds data in summaries, "Good for" and the home page picks.

  3. — Simpler home page, new Compare page, sponsor bar and RSS feed

    The home page now helps you pick by what you need (free to start, live scores, big European leagues, betting odds, cheapest paid plan). The full table and filters moved to Compare. Each provider page starts with a plain-English summary. This changelog now has an RSS feed. No provider data changed.

  4. — Re-verified prices; football-data.org pricing corrected; Highlightly prices confirmed on official site

    Prices and free plans were re-checked against providers' official pages. football-data.org now shows a separate price for every plan and add-on. Highlightly's paid plans are listed one per row from its own site. Each provider page now shows when each group of facts (prices, free plan, coverage, data types) was last checked and which pages back it up; anything not re-confirmed is marked.

  5. — Guides, Build-with-AI prompts and API key explainer added

    New use-case guides, starter prompts on every provider page with a self-serve plan, and What's an API key?. No provider data changed.

  6. — Seed dataset: 17 providers added from public pages
